This lateral conversion of three apartments to form one large luxury apartment. The services work was complex and took considerable co-ordination to divert three sets of rising services to other apartments.

The internal fit-out and finishes and functionality were carried out to an extremely high performance and aesthetic quality. An extensively fitted out kitchen was provided, to almost commercial levels to allow high-quality private catering.

The architects were Trevor Lahiff Architects, and project managers CD Morris Associates.

The services costs were in the order of £400000. The Client is a private individual who requires confidentiality in all matters relating to this project.
